Program Terms & Conditions

  • Eligibility: The referral fee of $500.00 CAD is payable only upon the execution of a signed contract between the homeowner and Black Birch Contracting.

  • Minimum Job Size: Referral applies to projects with a minimum value of $4500.00

  • Payment: Payment is issued via EFT payment platform Plooto within 7 days of the project deposit being received. You will receive an email confirmation where you enter your banking information.

New Clients Only: The referred homeowner must be a new client to Black Birch Contracting.
